1. Failed to rip a new dvd? The
ripped file is pixilated or the content is out of order?
The above issues must be caused by the new protection, please
insert the troubled dvd to your dvd drive, then open Ideal DVD
Ripper, click
which is on the top right corner of the main form, then click
"Export Ifo..." menu to export it. And then send the exported file to
support@idealdvdcopy.com , we'll analyze it and give you a
reply within one business day.2. I can't find a profile for
my device, what can I do?
If you can't find your device from the current profile list, and
don't know which format you should use, don't worry, just click
"Click here to report missing product" link beside "Quality" box
to tell us your device name, model number etc, then we'll add it
soon. 3. How to register?
This program needs online authorization, so first please make
sure your computer is connected to the internet, and your
firewall or anti-virus didn't block our ripper to access
internet.
Then click

click "Register" button to go into the following register
window. Click on the first button "Register DVDRipper", copy and
paste the key you got from us to the register box to activate
it.
4.Can Ideal DVD Ripper rip forced subtitle?
Yes, we've tested the dvds which has forced subtitle such as 50
first days etc, we can get subtitle in speaking foreign language
