About Cinavia protection

How do you know this disc is protected by Cinavia:
1)in the disc box back cover, you can find PROTECTED CINAVIA.COM mark.
2)the playing issue: when you play the copied/ripped movie for about 20 minutes, the audio is off suddently and the following audio issue message is in the screen.

"Audio outputs temporarily muted. Do not adjust the playback volume. The content being played is protected by Cinavia™
and is not authorized for playback on this device. For more information, see http://www.cinavia.com. Message Code 3.”

We're very sorry, our software can not remove Cinavia protection. As we know, this problem caused by Cinavia protection will only happen on some bluray players and PS3, you should play the the copied/ripped movie on the computer, a general DVD player or an older bluray player without this problem.

We have also found they are using double layering Cinavia in which the statement Dirty Grampa database has an issue at timestamp: 00:24:25
