If you still meet any other new dvds failed to copy, don't hesitate to contact us, and please send us all .bup files of the original DVD. You may click the icon on the left top of the window of Ideal DVD Copy, then click "Export bup files" and save it. Then please enclose the exported files in the email. We'll analyze them and help you as soon as possible.

We also updated DVD to iPod, DVD to PSP and DVD to AVI beta version this time.

Release Ideal DVD Copy V3.2.2 on Sep. 24.

1)The new version improved "internal burning engine 2" to make it be more compatible with dual layer disc.(Burning engine is the kernel of the program for burning and we totally support three different burning engines which are designed by different companies, "internal burning engine 1, internal burning engine 2 and Nero burning engine if you installed a valid Nero software on your computer".)

How do I update my dvd copy please?

To upgrade our program, you needn't delete our program first. Just download the new version from our download webpage http://www.idealdvdcopy.com/download.htm and then simply install it. When installing, please just close the old program. Then the updated files will overwrite the old files automatically. And usually doing this will also retain your registration informationt(if you are registered) and the configuration. After finish installing the new version, your program is upgraded.
