What's new in version 4.0?
1. A completely new GUI

2. Improve the copying process. It's more easier for you to report a new dvd to us.
3. Embeded ImgBurn burning engine

4. Solved blu-screen and crash issue when launching on some laptops
5. Fixed camera icon issue of the dvds with multple angles, like UP
6. Fixed the issue that can't recognize dvd drive whose volume is A or B
7. Added check for new version function.

I installed this version over my other but sometimes when i shrink it during copying I click it up to see it but it never appears!!!! please help I shrink it to taskbar but cannot reopen it

Yes, from the log file, I found you re-launch Ideal DVD Copy even it is still running twice. This is strange, since we never met such kind of issue. Maybe there's a popup window for you to make a decision, but it is behind your other application window, so the main window of ideal DVD Copy won't show until you made a desision on the popup window.

Next time when you met this issue, please minimize your other applications' window, check if there's a popup window of our program first. And if possible, send me a screenshot of this occasion. Thanks.

I have an old DVD disk that has been labeled StorageLabsTinyUDF Volume. It was recorded by a DVD recorder. It can be played on a DVDplayer but computer cannot play it. I want to copy it to my computer hard drivedisk. Do you know which software may copy this kind of DVD file? Thank you foryour answer.

Copying DVD 9 is the same as copying DVD 5. You may copy it to a DVD 9 blank disc, or compress it to a DVD 5. Please just have a try. If any problem, please tell us in detail.
