Blue ray copy

Hi.

I've tried to copy movies like Hercules, the expendables 3, x men days of future past. with no success. after I insert the black blue ray it goes through the copy procedure but after its finish and I tri to play back my copy it just gives me a black screen. Can you please help me with this.?

Please first preview these discs in our program and check if they can be previewed. If yes, then please refer to http://www.idealdvdcopy.com/copy-bluray-to-iso.htm and copy them to hard drive and see if the copied files on hard drive can be played.

Would it be a new version of ideal media solution.? im using 5.2.2 version blue ray to blue ray copy. but it won't copy any of the new movies coming out.

Sorry, at present there is no version update for Ideal Media Solution. The decrytion key is directly uploaded in our server and the program can auto-download it in the background. For your issue, please click the wheel button at the right top of Ideal Media Solution and left click 'Export Log' to export the log file and attach it to our support team support@idealdvdcopy.com .
